Innovative Material Flow Concept

  • Continuous flow of material
  • Parts are continuously and automatically transported out of the cutting area
  • Parts are available during the cutting process

The innovative material flow concept has been applied for patents.
Nesting:

  • In case parts cannot be nested optimally in a rectangle, nesting with overlapping is preferred.

  • Independent of the processing strategy, the maximal part size has to fit into the cutting area.
