Automation solutions ByTrans

Customer benefits
  • Attractive price and short Return on Investment (ROI)
  • 50% higher utilization of the laser cutting system
  • Reduction of manual material handling
  • Significant reduction of personnel costs and unproductive periods
  • Minimal additional costs for factory floorspace compared with non-automated system

Target groups
  • Companies with medium to large lot sizes or repeat orders
  • Planning horizon typically longer than two days
  • Small to medium range of raw materials
  • Little change in materials used
  • Customers who frequently run night shifts or work at weekends and who for cost reasons want to take advantage of multiple machine operation by one operator and lightly-manned shifts

ByTrans and ByTrans Extended - fast, clever, well-priced

The intelligent solution for the loading and unloading of laser cutting systems

ByTrans

ByTrans
Even with one cassette ByTrans shows its impressiveness in several ways:

Fast
  • A complete unloading and loading cycle takes just 60 seconds.
  • Even with a short cutting plan, the laser cutting system does not have to wait for the unloading and loading.

Clever
  • Everything that was loaded is unloaded automatically.
  • ByTrans offers maximum accessibility and optimal operation in the smallest space.

Well-priced
  • Significantly higher machine utilization with only a slightly higher investment.
  • The purchase pays for itself within a few months.

ByTrans Extended

ByTrans Extended
Two cassettes enable the system to operate more autonomously. The user has more flexibility as well.

Autonomous
  • The second cassette makes it possible to double the storage and loading capacity.
  • The length of time the system can work autonomously thus increases, too.

Flexible
  • The second cassette can also be used to store plastic sheets.
  • These will automatically be placed between processed metal sheets to protect the parts.
  • In addition, they facilitate separation of the sheets and can be inserted in ways that mark the beginning and end of a job.

  • The second cassette can also support work on large parts.
  • Cut parts are then automatically removed and temporarily stored in the second cassette.
  • The residual grid is likewise automatically stored.
Customer benefits

  • Significantly reduced personnel costs since one operator can oversee several machines
  • The autonomy of the laser cutting system is extended up to three shifts
  • Virtually unlimited access because the sealed unit reduces the number of light curtains and barriers
  • Shortest part delivery times
  • Unlimited loading and unloading across the entire spectrum of sheet thickness
  • Automatic separation of large parts and residual grids
